Shanghai house hunting

Sue came out with me to Shanghai last week for househunting, and we quickly narrowed down our favorite compounds to Vizcaya and Green Villas. These two compounds are in Jinqiao, where a lot of expats live, and are within walking/biking distance of the school. 

So far we have seen a few things we liked, and have put an offer in on our favorite house in Vizcaya.  Unfortunately, they have received better offers, so we are scrambling to up the price and reduce our requirements. 

I'm going back to Green Villas later today to see another option, and hopefully some more options in Vizcaya.
